Jennifer Aniston Headed For A Breakdown?_1

Jennifer Aniston is not headed for a “breakdown” over the pressures of working on her new Apple TV series The Morning Show, despite a false report. There’s no truth to the dramatic story. Gossip Cop can correct it.

According to Star, Aniston is “pushing herself to the brink” trying to make sure her new TV show is a success. An alleged insider tells the magazine that the actress is “throwing herself headfirst into this project, and it’s taking a serious toll. People are concerned that she’s pushing herself way too hard.”

The anonymous source goes on to say the actress “is under an insane amount of daily pressure, with memorizing lines and shooting take after take. She hasn’t had such a grinding schedule since her Friends days, and it seems to be wreaking havoc on her emotionally and physically.” Gossip Cop needs to pause here to point out that The Morning Show wrapped filming back in May. The actress is currently on the promotional tour for the series, which premieres next month.

The so-called “source,” who clearly knows nothing about Aniston’s work schedule, adds, “Jen has no time for herself, which means her exercise routine has gone out the window and she’s grabbing food whenever she has a chance. It’s not the healthy stuff she usually eats, and she’s gained some weight.” The seemingly phony tipster further contends that Aniston “is working such long days that her sleep pattern is out of whack.”

From there, the unreliable magazine maintains that Aniston’s personal life is also suffering. “Jen has always gotten together with friends to help her decompress, but she’s hardly been seeing anyone lately,” adds the unknown insider. “Jen is exhausted, and everyone’s worried that she could be on the verge of a breakdown.”

The tabloid’s story is just absurd. As noted above, Aniston is no longer filming The Morning Show, so the magazine is clearly clueless. Additionally, the actress has had a busy career for decades. She’s been known to juggle multiple projects, so the idea that her workload has suddenly became overwhelming doesn’t make much sense. The actress’s current schedule mostly involves talk show interviews as she’s busy promoting her TV series, not shooting it. As far as making The Morning Show goes, the hard part is over.

The tabloid’s article is also based on the word of an unidentified “insider,” but Aniston’s own spokesperson is going on the record to refute it. The actress’s rep, who’s qualified to speak on her behalf, confirms she’s perfectly happy and healthy. No one in Aniston’s inner circle is worried about her having any sort of “breakdown.” Meanwhile, Aniston opened up about her daily wellness routine in an interview last week, noting that she gets plenty of sleep and even works out five times a week.

Less than two weeks ago, Gossip Cop called out Star for falsely claiming Aniston was hitting the dating scene hard and on the hunt for eligible bachelors. That story wasn’t true either, but now the magazine wants readers to believe the actress has zero time for anything outside of work. These bogus articles just don’t align.

For further proof that the outlet makes up stories, look no further than its November 2018 report about Aniston having a baby with Brad Pitt after rekindling their romance. The ex-spouses aren’t back together and certainly haven’t welcomed a child into the world. One could have a breakdown just reading the tabloid’s barrage of nonsense.
