Actor James Franco has been accused of sexual misconduct by ex female students of his Studio 4 acting school. The ladies by name Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal came forward to say that the actor James and patners had promised TV roles to aspiring movie stars in exchange for participating in sexual nude scenes and getting sexual exploits.
The actor together with partner Vince Jolivette and his cousin Jay Davis were mentioned in the lawsuit. The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Thursday also claims that the actors were duped of pay for their exploitation through his acting school, which was fraud for means of enriching their business.
A section of the 33 page complaint read 'Employment opportunities for women supposedly increased when they agreed to overt sexual acts, nudity and performing in sex scenes - often in an orgy type setting.'
According to the ladies, Franco allegedly took advantage of his role as instructor by persuading naive ladies between the ages of 17 and 24 to engage in sexually-charged stage scenes with the promises they would get cast in one of his projects.
The victims have also called on other ladies who were involved in this to come out and speak up in support of the suit.
